General Repairs
Prior to repair requests, an E-mail or fax should be sent to PQI RMA Department to acquire a RMA number.
 |
Once the PQI RMA Department RMA number has been given, the package to be sent must be carefully packaged to avoid any damages during transportation. A RMA request form must be filled in with the necessary information correctly filled in. eg Customer name, product number (part number), quantity, visual description, requirement selection (RMA, U/W or O/W), shipment number, invoice number and the signature of customer. Packages will not be processed without the RMA number

The RMA number is to be clearly labeled on the outside of the packaging with the RMA Request Form and Invoice sent along with the returning product to PQI¡¦s RMA Department.
